It covers 24/7 call coverage, same day availability for office visits or phone consultation, phone consultation addressing medical needs that may arise during travel, and availability to consult with family members as necessary or as requested.

Yes. You will maintain insurance coverage just as you do now and it will still pay for all necessary medical services, such as labs, radiology, procedures, and hospitalization, just as it does now. We will submit a bill to your insurance for all in office care in order to be a recognized provider of care, so that all other services ordered by the doctor will proceed as seamlessly as possible.

Annual payment of $1500 per person ($125/month) - Preferred and least expensive option

Monthly payment of $140 per month

Just notify me or my office and we will promptly provide a prorated refund.

Absolutely, that is why I am on call. If you have a problem that you feel cannot wait until the morning, or are uncertain whether you should wait until then, please call my cell phone number so that we may decide what is best. If it is an emergency, then call 911.

You will receive care from the hospitalist group associated with your hospital, just as you would now. I will be available during your hospitalization to provide needed information, answer questions that may arise, and also coordinate all post hospital care.

You can call me in the office, or on my cell phone after hours, and I can assist you to fullest extent possible.

My practice will be covered by a physician colleague of mine. I will remain available if they feel the need to contact me with regard to your care.
